BerinAI is an AI assistant service provided "AS IS" without warranties. We provide a conversational interface powered by AI technology to answer questions and provide information.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using BerinAI, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

4. User Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

Use the service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
Engage in harassment, abuse, or defamation
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access
Scrape, mine, or automatically extract data
Violate intellectual property rights
Spam or send unsolicited messages
Generate or share deepfakes, misleading content

5. AI-Generated Content Accuracy

Important: BerinAI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. The information provided may be:

Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
Not suitable for critical decisions
Generated without real-time data

Always verify important information from reliable sources before making decisions based on AI-generated responses.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us license to use it to provide the service
AI Outputs: Generated responses may be used for service improvement
BerinAI IP: All service code, design, and trademarks are our property

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

BerinAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the last 12 months
We are not responsible for third-party content or service disruptions

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Uninterrupted service availability

9. Termination

You can terminate: Your account at any time without penalty
We can terminate: Your access for violation of these terms or illegal activity
Upon termination: Your chat history and account data will be retained per our Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and Turkish law, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this location.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve conflicts within 30 days.

12. Prohibited Content

Users must not use the service to create, share, or request:

Illegal content or content that violates laws
Defamatory or harassing content
Deepfakes or misleading synthetic media
Surveillance, hacking, or malware-related content

Your use of BerinAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service indicates acceptance of modified terms.
